The Lifelong Learner :: Do what you can, with what you have, where you are -Roosevelt ::

Learning From Failure by Finesilver

You’ve failed many times, although you don’t remember. You fell down the first time you tried to walk. You almost drowned the first time you tried to swim. . . . Don’t worry about failure. . . . Worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.
–Sherman Finesilver
, US District Court Judge; quote received from WisdomTips.com

That’s a great quote. How true is that? I hear related quotes all the time. The bottom line is, you won’t know unless you try, and you’re going to miss all of the shots that you don’t make.
